From March 27th to May 1st, 2020, CANNESERIES will host the third edition of CANNESERIES Institute, a writing residency that will host eight international students.
For five weeks, the students will receive intensive training by professors from the Université Côte d’Azur (UCA) and members of the Berlin writing residency Serial Eyes. At the end of the residency, they will each produce a pre-bible and the pilot of a TV series.
This year’s theme:
“FEMININE - MASCULINE. Create a series in any genre you prefer in a maximum format of 15 minutes per episode”.

- Lara BARBIER, 33 years old (United Kingdom).
- Diogo S. FIGUEIRA, 28 years old (Portugal).
- Amélie FOULATIER, 26 years old (France).
- Anthony KHASERIA, 38 years old (United Kingdom).
- Benjamin PAYNTER, 32 years old (United Kingdom / Australia).
- Emily RHODES, 31 years old (United Kingdom).
- Giulio RIZZO, 26 years old (Italy).
- Emma TYBIRK LE MARC, 27 years old (Denmark).
One of these students will be offered the opportunity to develop his or her project with Canal+.
